How does it work?Fill out our form. Discuss the details of the dinner with us We start looking for the best chef for the job We connect you to the right candidate

What if I don't like the chef you chose?We thoroughly research our chefs before recommendation so we encourage you to atleast correspond with the chef. However, if things dont seem like a good fit, we will move to another candidate that is available for the date. With us, you’re always covered.

Can a menu be modified?Of course. We have only “sample menus” from the chefs and you will be able to cater the menu to your preferences directly with them.

What is YourPrivateChef?We’re private chefs in Virginia, perfecting our craft and service. We’re now helping chefs in other cities around us reach new clients and helping you reach the right chefs.

How much does it cost?Your initial consultation with us is FREE. Our chef matching service is a small flat rate to cover our time and efforts. You tell us your dinner budget and we help you find the chef that fits within that. You will work out the final pricing and menu with the chef. Tips are at your discretion.

How long does the matching process usually take?Expect to have your chef chosen and date locked in within 1 week!

How much does the service cost?Setting up your profile is free. To accept a booking/lead, you will be charged a small percentage based on the value of the dinner. You don't have to pay until after the event is complete.

How quickly can I start receiving leads?As soon as your profile is filled out and you answer some questions, you will be eligible to start receiving leads for your area right away.

What if I am not available for the date of the lead?You simply decline the offer, and you pay nothing.

Will the leads be near me?You will only receive leads that are within the travel distance you specify.

What is your minimum/maximum # of people you serve?Min 6 Guests/ Max 75 Guests
